A NOTE ON THE SUBJECT OF ARTISANAL PRODUCTS
Our products are hand-made in a traditional, artisanal method. For this very special reason, most products are unique and singular in their designs. No two pieces are the same. That means that the products purchased online may display small variations in color, size, and technique. We ask for your understanding when it comes to accepting and embracing this unique feature of artisanal products.
Also, please keep in mind that the real color of the piece may at times differ slightly with respect to the color seen on the screen.
It is also common to see threads escaping from the embroidery or even pencil marks left on the fabric used as a guide for the embroidery. Please be respectful and understanding of these traditional methods. By no means is this an indication of the product being badly made or delivered unclean.
PRICES
Prices on this page are in Mexican Pesos (MXN). Prices in the Mexican store include VAT; prices for the international store do not include import taxes. ZAPATIK Calzado Artesanal® reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice to users.
ZAPATIK Calzado Artesanal reserves the right to accept or decline a purchase order even after receipt of a purchase receipt from the customer.
If an order is declined after payment, ZAPATIK Calzado Artesanal will make a refund for the full amount of the purchase.
SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
ZAPATIK Calzado Artesanal uses a third-party service for domestic and international shipments. The shipping rate, as well as the import taxes applicable to the products and shipping, will be calculated prior to the final payment of your purchase.
Import taxes are calculated based on the typical rate applied by each country for products of textile origin.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! We offer easy exchanges within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or exchange of product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.

Special order items personalized or tailored to a client are also final and cannot be reviewed for exchange.

To be exchanged, items must still have tags and be returned in their original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

If you do not have a receipt or proof of payment, we cannot accept your request to exchange the product.
To initiate an exchange, please complete the following steps:

Once your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via reply email, together with further instructions on how to proceed.

Print a return shipping label that you will receive and package the item as instructed.

Send all items back to us using the label provided.

For store credit, we will have to review and inspect the returned item first. If your store credit is approved, we will let you know via reply email.
6. If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you wait until your return is confirmed and approved before picking a new item to exchange for the product.

Refunds are only administered in cases of defective or damaged products. If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at: contacto@zapatik.com immediately with a short text or photo informing us of the problem. We will then ask you to return the product so we can inspect the damage ourselves. If the product is effectively identified as defective or in bad condition, we will notify you via email to inform you that you are entitled to recompensation. You can then choose to proceed with either a product exchange or store credit.
SEVERABILITY OF CLAUSES
If any of the terms and/or conditions of this document are determined to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
APPLICABLE LAWS
This site is governed by the laws applicable to electronic commerce in the United Mexican States.
LEGAL NOTICE, ERRORS, INACCURACIES
The purpose of this site, www.zapatik.com, is to provide the customer with the most accurate information possible. This site may contain errors or omissions, some of which may be related to the price and availability of products. If there is an error or inaccuracy in the information on the site, ZAPATIK Calzado Artesanal reserves the right to correct it, even after an order has been placed and received.
